fantastic team of nurses, doctors and health care assisstants.
i was admitted for 2 days with pelvic pain, i was looked after very well and kept informed
what was going on with my treatment.
the nurses were very busy due to a lot of admissions but they still kept up their jolly mood.
especially the nurse who was always there when i needed her with lots of good advice and was very efficient in her work.
also the lovely health care assisstant, a beautiful and caring girl, nothing was ever too much trouble for her, she was always seen busy making beds never stood idle, so thank you for looking after me.
There was a incident that i found a little worrying,
The lovely cleaning lady who was seen from 7am cleaning away non stop and singing and humming kept up my spirits, everything was left immaculate showers, toilets, bins and floors.
on the second morning, i heard a very loud shouting voice and the manager was seen in front of the female toilets talking to the cleaning lady as if she was a child. telling her she wasnt cleaning properly and not letting her get her point across that when she cleans and leaves the toilets they are used again and left in need of a clean again obviously she cant keep cleaning them all the time.
i think the way she was spoken to with every one listening was not very professional and very degrading and embarrassing for the cleaning lady.
this should be done in a office not in front of the toilets where ill patients are trying to go in and use the toilets. i felt very sorry for the cleaning lady as on that morning i had seen her constantly cleaning tops of doors and windows.
overall the stay was a very pleasant one so i would like to say thankyou to everyone involved in my care.
