I felt compelled to write this as I genuinely feel the staff on ward 34 have been exceptional. 

I’ve had brilliant care and I’ve had the most outstanding care by a midwife called Steph. She’s a massive credit, she’s so kind, understand and listens. She’s treat me like a person and really helped me and can’t thank her enough.

All the staff have been wonderful. I don’t think they’re praised enough. I’ve seen some really nice understanding consultants too. And would really like to thank Steph for going that extra mile for me even though sometimes very busy on a 12 hour shift. Sorry I haven’t got her second name, but she is an amazing midwife.

Thank you for providing Women’s Services at the RVI with your feedback, we are very happy to learn that you considered the care you received whilst a patient on the antenatal ward to have been exceptional.

We will ensure that the staff concerned receive a copy of your kind comments and we will also ensure that Steph is personally aware of the positive impact she has had on your recent stay within our Maternity Unit at the RVI.

Once again, we are very grateful to you for providing us with this great feedback as our staff work hard to ensure they provide everyone with the best possible care.
