"The staff are so helpful"

About: Minehead Community Hospital

(as a service user),

I attend Minehead Hospital quite regularly for retinography exams because I am diabetic. I am also severely disabled and the staff are so helpful in every respect. The nurse who helps me is so kind and helpful as is the doctor, they really do provide fantastic treatment and kindness, they deserve an accolade. The only problem is the information on my letter telling me that I can share my feedback was so tiny that I really struggled to read it.

Thank you so much for this lovely feedback for our Eye Screening Service. Apologies that the writing on the letter was rather small: I'll see if we can improve this by making it larger! Thanks for letting us know.

Best wishes,

LUCY
