"They were so reassuring"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Oral and Maxillo-facial Surgery & Medicine

(as the patient),

I had a small procedure at the maxillofacial clinic today, I was seen by a young lady doctor and a nurse. they both made me very comfortable, they told me what was going to happen then they told me whatthey were doing as they were doing it. All the time they kept asking and chacking I was al right, if I was worried aboy what they were doing or uncomfortable. I wasn't worried because they were so reassuring, I thought I would be frightened but they were so kindly I  was at all.
