"Impossible to get a GP appointment"

My wife has been unwell for months. Dizzy spells, lethargic, tired, etc.

SMG take abouut 3-4 weeks to get an appointment for a blood test. On each occasion the results are "borderline" but no more info from the receptionist than that. They say to make an appointment for another test.

She asks to see a GP and is told to ring on the day at 8am. They no longer book appointments beyond "today".

Ringing at 8am is met with a phone system that's full already.
