I didn't have a good impression of UCLH at first as I tried to call them on the phone twice and twice they were very rude.

The front end reception also lacks courtesy and compassion when I checked into the hospital, via NHS 111, under an emergency situation.

However, I have to say once I got to the appropriate clinic, the nurses and doctor who treated me are very caring, compassionate and thorough.

Highly recommend the doctor I saw.

He is wise, clear in his assessment of the situation , caring, very calm and thorough.

He is the type of doctor that earns your trust and respect. He helped me relax with his sense of humour under a tense situation.

The nurses who assisted him are also very supportive.
