"This GP is the most unfriendly and needs..."

To start with , I am not complaining about the doctors, they are good and do their best.The only problem(serious one) is before meeting doctor. The first thing is the phone is always busy(I could understand , that they have to handle a lot of customer), but what about if I walk down personally to take an appointment after 2 days of ringing and I am told at the desk that this is not the way go back and call us on phone and when I call from outside watching inside, the phone sings and dances alone, no company.

I am in this country for 8 years, Never feel I am from another country until I visit this surgery.Its not they said or did any thing but its just we felt in that way.

I thought of expressing my feelings , before complaining to NHS England site. Please do not reply back to this feed back with ready made explanation, but take action and let me feel on my Next visit.

again once we see doctors they are good .
