"Bristol Eye Hospital. Appointment system."

Letter received: Appointment for 13th June 2011. 2pm.

2nd letter received: Appointment changed to 27th June 3.45pm.

Telephoned and a new appointment was given for 11th July 2pm.

3rd letter received: appointment changed to 22nd August 1-30pm.

These changes are very inconvenient, as I rely on a good neighbour to drive me. They also must cost the hospital money sending out letters etc. The appoinment system needs to be reviewed.
