I have been with this Surgery now 18mths and each time I've found all the staff helpful as to what I need. And the Doctor's are great, as many time's that I needed to be seen via hospital they got me there.
Before Christmas I took it upon myself to do an interest that I enjoy in doing Family History & Coat of Arms all the certificates I print at a small fee, I give a donation towards a disabled club I belong to. Well I decided to take it upon myself to get all the Staff first names and I gave each of them a Certificate because they are all worth it even for a small piece of paper. Keep up your good work.
Please if you are worry about some thing you can't resolved trust in your Doctors or Staff in helping you, don't knock them, if they can't help they know someone who can.
