Whilst the teams try their best to avoid delays, unfortunately sometimes delays are unavoidable, for a number of reasons. Consultations with patients can be unpredictable, sometimes taking longer than anticipated.

Any delays on clinic should be clearly communicated with you by the clinic co-ordinator.

I apologise that you have experienced delays when you have attended the dermatology department, and I will discuss this with the team to see what else can be done to resolve this.
