"Turned up, waited ages, told appointment cancelled"

About: Milton Keynes Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

Arrived for my appointment in good time and gave information to receptionist. Told to take a seat in waiting area. Waited 1.5 hours and then told my appointment was cancelled and that I should have been phoned that day. I never was. Receptionist allowed me to sign in without telling me there was no longer an appointment. Nobody would see me and was told someone would call me tomorrow. Total waste of my time and had to pay parking to boot. And more importantly still not had my health problem looked at.
