"Poor service and unfriendly staff"

I have been going to this Medical centre for 3 years now and next thing I am going to do is to find another one. The receptionists are the most unfriendly staff I have ever met. I have suffered from mental health issues last year and it was extremely stressful for me to face them.

I am also very displeased with the doctors. I saw 2 different doctors last year for a skin issue and both told me that it was just an allergic reaction, whereas I have had it for 2 weeks and I was already taking antihistaminics. It only took one nurse in a walking centre in central London to found out that it was in fact scabies. I also went earlier this year for a very bad throat infection and the doctor told me that I should not have come because I had it only for 3 days. So what are GPs for if you should not see them when you are unwell?

To top it all I had a smear test and the nurse was hurting me the whole time the nurse was doing it. No use to tell that in spite of telling the nurse so, they did not make any effort to be more gentle.

I strongly recommend you do not go to this practice.
