"Disappointed and disgusted . What a joke !"

What a joke this practise is ! I have suffered with an on going case since October, resulting in a lot of pain . On a number of times I have tried to make appointments and the staff just rude and tell you call back tomorrow, it’s always tomorrow with these lot ! I have been refused an appointment. I’ve been given drugs that are completely wrong for me and my condition, my med3 which I gave to my employer had spelling mistakes! Because of my sexuality the constant question of my hiv states is insulting. To top it off my mother also registered to the practice went to make an emergency appointment but was told her case wasn’t an emergency but told other wise by nhs direct and made her an appointment at the hospital. That’s just a scratch at the surface , even a practice partner committed to me how a mess the practice is at the moment when I complained. I will be contacting the ccg.
