My husband had a stroke 6 years ago and we use the continence service to order catheters and pads.
When I ring to order the catheters the service is excellent and they are normally delivered the nest day.
I also ring to order the pads but recently my husband had become more incontinent and has had a problem with an enlarged testicle. This means the pads have not been big enough. I requested the next size up when I rang but they said they couldn't send me as many as we need. Instead they sent be 4 packs of the usual size and 2 packs of the bigger size I requested.
The bigger size fit better and my husband is much more comortable so please could we have just this size? Rather than a mix of sizes, as the smaller ones are not really much use any more.
