"surgery on my shoulder"

I had surgery on my shoulder yesterday at Cannock Chase hospital in the care of Hollybank Ward staff.

I would like to say thanks to all staff right from reception, admin, through to admissions nurses, anaesthetist, consultant, recovery staff and all ward staff of Hollybank Ward for taking good care of myself.

Everyone were cheerful, very helpful, respective, attentive, all staff were amazing, couldn't be better then they were. I was treated at all times with total respect and dignity. Every step of the process was explained to me.

The consultant was totally on top of everything despite the number of operations he had on the day.

I cannot praise the unit and staff enough, they are just brilliant.
