"Excellent manner"

I recently went for a colonoscopy at Kirkcaldy Victoria Hospital and although was nervous and apprehensive the admittance nurse Vivienne did a great job of clearly explaining the procedure that was about to take place, and also to clearly answer any questions or concerns that I had. Her manner was excellent and perfectly prepared me for the process. The consultant physician & gastroenterologist Dr. Sengupta clearly described what was happening both before and during the procedure, putting me at ease and conducted the process in a very professional manner.
