"A credit to their department"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I had an enlarged mole removed from my back and a small rodent ulcer cauterised  from the bridge of my nose.

On being called David apologised for being late but it was very busy with a full house and I was the last one of the day, I found we have similar music tastes so that we had something in common to chat about while they were both removed painlessly.

David and his boss Angela could not have been more attentive or helpful both  definitely a credit to their department.

Thank you for passing on this information. I am glad but not surprised that NacMacFeegle found the experience pleasant and painless.

Should there be any need for peer or psychological support we will be happy to help.

Thank you for the very positive feedback you kindly left, following your recent procedures. I hope the short wait did not inconvenience you too much.

We really appreciate you taking the time to let us know how your appointment went and hope everything heals well.

Angela will be delighted to have her status confirmed by an independent witness.

Thank you once again
