About: The Dekeyser Group Practice

Mistakes on the surgeries behalf meant my warfarin prescription was sent on two separate prescriptions to my nominated pharmacy and so cost me double the normal fee.

No resolution offered when I phoned the practice.

Only offer was that I could put in a formal complaint.

You can guarantee I will be.

Could you please contact the surgery and ask to speak to our in-house Pharmacist who will be able to look into the comments you have made
