(as the patient),

I was recently admitted to Dumfries Hospital where I spent 4 of the 5 days on ward B3. The staff were 1st class and nothing was to much trouble for them night or day.

Becky (Rebecca) in particular made my unplanned stay away from my husband and children all the more bearable. She was always smiling, made me feel at ease and answered all the many questions I had. She definitely went above and beyond finishing after her already long day had ended.

Some parts of my experience were not great but this was by no means any fault of the staff on B3.
