After waiting 2 weeks I was given an appointment and on the thay I attended my appointment. First of all the floor I was attended did not have any reception and was empty, I did not know if I am it the right place or not. Waiting anxiously and with 10 minutes delay, the nurse came out of one of rooms and invited me to their room. They did not know my case and in front of me started reading the letter from my GP. After an interview the outcome was that they need to consult with the team doctor to add some medication to my treatment regime. They told me they were going to call me the next day and inform me that either I need to come back to collect prescription or they would ask my GP to prescribe. In my surprise they did not call the next day or any day after. I tried to contact them in the number provided on the top of the appointment letter, but there was no answer. I left a text message and nothing happened, after a month waiting still there is no contact what so ever. I informed my GP and they said keep trying!!!
"Still waiting for my prescription"
