"Excellent, just Excellent Experienc!!!"

I got the appointment very easily without any problem. The very compassionate doctor squeezed me in as there were no more slots and my query was urgent.

I was seen within 10 mins of my appointment and did not at once feel the appointment was rushed (which is why I had changed my GP surgery from Lindley Group Practice) It was very disappointing at my old GP practice as they wouldnt let you talk and it felt like your seeing a robot doctor rather than a human one.

My concerns were addressed and I felt listened to. I felt the quality of care was great. I felt much better just by seeing the doctor.

After my MRI was done. The surgery called me them selves and booked an appointment with the GP.

They even contacted the specialists on both my visits to ensure the necessary information was conveyed and I got an orthopaedic appointment with 3 weeks of my GP appointment which is just truly impressive.

Despite all the problems the NHS is facing today, If we have more GP Surgeries like Lindley Village we would have many more satisfied patients. Well Done and keep it up you all at Lindley Village.
