"Very unhelpful staff"

I was checked by two nurses, one did the questionnaire and the other one did an ultrasound. The treatment I received from those two women was horrible. They were unfriendly and moody, and unwilling to answer my questions regarding my treatment. The first nurse didnt want to explain the different pregnancy termination options I had, and just told me to read about it myself, from the tiny leaflet I was given by the reception, where there was only about a vaguely written paragraph about each option. Extremely unprofessional.
