"Thank you!"

I’ve recently moved to this doctors due to no longer being in the boundary for my old one. I was very apprehensive moving as I’ve been with my old doctors for years. However, when signing up I felt reassured as the staff were so friendly and helpful. I recently rang during the morning to ask for some advice. I’m pregnant and was worried. The receptionist who dealt with me call could not have been any better. I left the phone call being reassured that if I didn’t have much luck with the midwife community centre, that all I had to do was ring back and they would get something sorted for me. I cannot thank you enough. Not only did you ease my worries but it gave me the faith that I’d made the right decision switching to this surgery. I felt for the first time in many years that my concerns mattered and they would help if any way they could. So again, thank you. Although I spoke to my community midwife team and didn’t ring back, I knew that I always had the option of ringing back for help.
