"Repeatedly promised a scan"

About: Leicester General Hospital / Urology

I was transfered to this hospital from the royal infirmary, due to a pain in the groin.I was treated as unimportant from the very start by just about all of the staff on ward 29 urology.I had to basically diagnose myself,as they had already wrongly diagnosed it 6 months previously at a different hospital(royal infirmary).we agreed it was a hernia, and I was told I was going for a scan, suffice to say I never got the scan.I was discharged with the promise of a scan the next day, that never happened, I had to keep chasing it up with phone calls, and was repeatedly promised a scan.when I finally got an appointment, I was called half an hour before the scan to say it was cancelled. I was then promised another scan, and it started all over again.I never got my scan.I am still in pain with it.The worst hospital I have ever been to in my life.
