Ridiculously long wait in minor injuries unit and the receptionist was so rude, she didn’t even apologise for the wait! Disgusting place.

Hello

We are very sorry that you waited over 3 hours to be seen when you attended the Gravesham Minor Injuries Unit and that you did not receive an apology for this.

The waiting times during the period you attended were unusually long due to staffing resources.

The unit is now fully established and will be clearly displaying waiting times for patients to see.

We are also sorry that you felt the receptionist was rude.

There are 3 different receptionists at the unit who have not displayed any negative behaviour in the past.

The service need some more details from you to be able to investigate further.
