"Dangerously chaotic"

Never in my life have I experienced anything like this place. Instead of accepting new referrals due to their overwhelming numbers why not give quality care to less patients!

Staff resignations and staff phoning in sick gives a clear indication that this clinic is not being run properly and I'm sorry to say that this is my experience of so called support from the two therapists I've been assigned.

I am genuinely alarmed at how I've been treated at a time of crisis. It causes me great concern that an extremely vulnerable individual may be tipped over the edge in the hands of emotional wellbeing and if it wasn't for my medication I would not have coped at all.
