"Good intentions let down by the online booking..."

They offer a good service while under Acute pressure both financial and with the number of patients.

However the online booking system is a complete waste of time as it only accepts appointments for a limited time period in the future and they are always completely full.

This means you have to book as an emergency on the day causing more strain in the system.

Dear Patient

I am sorry you do not feel you have received a good experience of the online booking system. Online appointments are available to book up to 6 weeks ahead via the website and 2 weeks ahead via the mobile app. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Any feedback is gratefully received as this gives us the opportunity to reflect and review changes if/when required.
