Returned to a and e the day after I had been diagnosed with kidney stones because of pain issues, reception we're poor. Waited a long time before seeing a doctor who provided no help and was told I would see a consultant. There was no communication between the staff and myself and was waiting a long time, eventually I asked reception and they informed me I had been provided a bed, got taken to the ward and was left sat on a bed for several hours with no input from staff or doctors. Communication was overall poor and the lack of attention and care is worrying.
