Even though the consultant was running over an hour late I was treated with such consideration and given the time to discuss my options properly. The nurse treated me with such dignity and was so helpful with my childcare issues. I just wish I got her name so I could mention her to say thank you again. The clinic was obviously hugely over stretched so the way I was treated meant even more.
