What I liked

The staff in the A&E department were efficient and thorough even though they were very busy. I felt that I received the best treatment possible treatment. After having been seen by two doctors I was admitted to the orthopaedic ward. The staff on the orthopaedic ward were exceptionally kind and helpful. Even though it was the middle of the night, they made tea and toast. Every small detail was catered for, even down to whether I would like butter or an assortment of spreads on my toast! After the recent damming reports of the hospital, I felt I should make a comment that promotes the hospital in a more positive light.
