Dear Sir or Madam

I am sorry to read your feedback.

We, like many NHS institutions are under significant pressure despite our best efforts to meet the demands of our patient population.

You will be pleased to know that we now have 3 nurses working with us who are all very experienced covering chronic disease management, acute illnesses as well as routine nursing care. Sadly, we do not have the resources to reinstate our nurse-led walk in service, however, this is something we review regularly and when we have the resources to reinstate, we will.

The telephones are manned from 8am in the morning by at least 2 members of staff and they answer all incoming calls.

You might be pleased to know that one may book appointments using online and the new mobile phone 'app', it may negate the need to speak to someone on the telephone.

Please note that we have numerous book on the day appointments available every day at the surgery, however, one either needs to come to the surgery or to call early in the morning to benefit from this.

Should you have any queries or any further comments, please feel free to arrange a meeting with me at the surgery, with Best Wishes, Dr Sabrina Ong.
