"My best surgery"

I have been in Bannockburn surgery for more than 8 years and I am very happy with the service. The staffs, nurses and the doctors are very helpful and deal with their patients in the professional way.

It is always neat and clean. Always have informative leaflets.. the surgery will remind their patients about the appointment or check up.

They always give their patients the relevant information and good advice.

I would like to say a big thank t o my doctor who is dealing with my file, they are very good at their work, the doctor monitors their patients' health very well and also gives the positive thinking and always find a way to make their patients improve their life style for better health.

For example I hate taking medicine or checking Blood pressure, the doctor made me do it and now it part of my routine, which made me realise it's importance.

When my friends complaint about their GP surgery,I said to them ,I don't have any problems with my GP. A big thank to Bannockburn Surgery and I will always trust it's team.
