About: Bannockburn Surgery

Whole family have left this surgery to move to another. Only now do I realise how below par Bannockburn surgery is when compared to top service I am receiving elsewhere. Bannockburn website say they speak Hindi. One Dr refused to. I had a lovely check up with my new surgery and helpful reception and Nurse. Bannockburn are cold unhelpful and hate paperwork. Am elated to have left Bannockburn.

Dear Sir or Madam, I'm sad to read your comments and sorry for your experiences with our surgery and that you felt you needed to move elsewhere.

We do our best to work in partnership and holistically with our patients and I'm sorry if this was not reflected in your interactions with us.

Please note that there is one doctor (out of three) who speaks Hindi, I'm afraid that Drs Ong and Tai do not speak Hindi.
