About: Bannockburn Surgery

I understand when patients overrun their time slot but to be kept waiting for over 1/2 hour when the doctors are having a meeting. Have a meeting in your own time not in the allocated patients slot time! We are busy too - being sick...

Dear Sir or Madam, I'm sorry that on the day you came to the surgery, we had an emergency meeting which is a very rare occurrence. I apologise that this impacted on your waiting time at the surgery and we are sorry for the stress that this has caused you.

I would like to take this opportunity to explain that as it was an emergency, it was an exceptional circumstance and of course, we always plan for meetings to be done outside of clinic time.

Please feel free to come and see me at the surgery at a time of your convenience should you wish to discuss this matter further, with best wishes, Dr Sabrina Ong.
