"Cancel of appointment"

About: Macclesfield District General Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

Have I there appointment cànceled on the last min with no reseaon given . When I have rang up the hospital to ask to speak to someone over this matter the phone as been put down on me four times witch then you ask to speak to someone else you put on hold with no answer I find this so rude.
