Phoenix Futures have helped me to reduce Alcohol intake by both introducing too and supporting me to participate in helpful and friendly group sessions and individual peer support.

My key worker has given me helpful advice in all aspects and at each step of the way and I have always felt that when I have given personal details or disclosed this has taken place in confidence.

I have also been offered lots of variety in activities such as groups, swimming and outdoor pursuits.
