On behalf of my grandma I would
Like to Thank all of the nurses and nursing assistants that were involved in my grandmas care during her recent admission to Edward 2 ward with a re occurring infection in her knee. My grandma was well cared for and treated with respect and dignity at all times and I thank you all for that! A slight problem occurred with her discharge and communication however once I brought it to a nurses attention over the phone, it was handled correctly I felt reassured. This does not effect my thanks for the 10 star care you provided to my grandma and may I mention not only during this admission but previous ones too! A busy ward but efficient and effective nursing care was always provided when needed!

Thank you so much Abi for posting this on your grandma’s behalf.
I’m so glad to hear that she felt well cared-for at all times. I’m sorry that there were some issues on your grandma’s discharge but I’m pleased that these were quickly resolved. I’ve shared your kind words with the team.
