I would just like to thank staff and surgery team on the day of my keyhole surgery for removal of gall bladder and gall stones.
Like all ops I was feeling very apprehensive as this was the first time I have had keyhole surgery, and any thing different I think is normal.
But I felt at ease from beginning to finish, even less nervous than going to the dentist.
By the time I came back on the day ward I was awake and awaiting my well deserved sandwhich and cup of tea,as if I had just popped out shopping.
No pain, and the only uncomfortable part was a bit of soreness which completely disappeared after about 10 days but nothing that you wouldn’t expect after surgery,no scars
Just more like scratch marks and home, the amazing part is that I was there at 7-15
and picked up by my husband at 3-30 pm same day how amazing is that ,and just for the record I’m 76 so age didn’t come into it.Thank you again bournemouth for your hard work and dedication
A bit lengthy this post but just wanted to put anyone’s mind at rest that is having this op done..
