I am just recovering from surgery at basildon hospital and have to say that I had excellent treatment. From pre assessment to basildon day surgery unit. Elsdon ward and Dr and his team.
The service was speedy and impressive. It is clear that the nhs as a whole is under strain and I was unlucky enough to squire the service in the time of winter pressures. Staff however were professional, polite and helpful.
