"A&E visit"

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital / Accident and emergency

After seeing the GP in the out of hours service, we were referred to a&e. Only waited for another half hour to be seen, and treated.

Kept in until the morning, for observation, during this time we were moved out to the corridor which was quieter away from new patients coming in for treatment , but still kept an eye on by the nurse.

Even though the department was busy, staff were helpful, and we felt the treatment received was excellent.

The only gripe i would have is the few people who seem to be treating the waiting room as a meeting place and cafe, and couldn't be bothered to put there empty cups in a bin.
