"Poor communication and long waiting time"

About: King's College Hospital (Denmark Hill) / Ophthalmology

The staff does not communicate with patient I was left sitting in the waiting area for 2 hours without knowing what is happened I had to rise my concern before someone told me that the clinic is running late as one of the machine is broken. I will suggest that staff to inform patient about any delay.
