Came to this hospital for the first time this mnorning, to have a booking appointment. Just wanted to write and say the member of staff in the clinic was absolutely exceptional, and made myself and my husband feel completely comfortable and confident about our new baby on the way.
Please pass our thanks on to her, and ask her to never change!
