"Ward 37"

Thank you to all the staff on Ward 37 who helped me during the last few weeks. Several visits to the ward and I saw dedicated and caring staff from ward clerks, HCA, staff nurse and sisters. A real team effort with the customer at the heart. I'm not going to pretend everything went perfect, but I was most impressed with how everyone went about putting little blips right and I got there in the end. Our NHS professionals work very hard, long hours, minimal staff, cut resources and do a fantastic job. Same that there is a number of people who abuse the health system and show themselves up with their behaviour and demands. Well done to you all on Gate 37
