Dear sgmarj63,

Please accept my condolences at this sad time.

We try very hard to meet the wishes of individuals and their families regarding end of life care and I'm pleased that the staff were able to make arrangements for your wife to get home.

I'm sure your family drew comfort from being together at home.

Thank you for taking the time to get in touch.

Kind regards
