"after 3 hours waiting, i was told there is no..."

About: Queen's Hospital / Accident & emergency

I had an urgent scan referral. after being asked to wait at Radiology (6pm on Friday) for about 40min until someone came, i was sent to a&e. registered and waited there fro another half hour, someone took me to a different waiting area where after another hour wait, i asked what i happening because i am in pain and nobody is telling me anything. a doctor then questioned me on how and why i have been waiting ad who sent me, to only tell me there is no radiologist to do a simple ultrasound and that i have to return the following day to drop the referral off, because they would probably lose it, and even then, they cant guarantee someone would actually do an ultrasound! outraging! 3 hours in pain, sent home without the help i needed!
