"Bad receptionists"

About: Westmorland General Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

I had to wait fourteen months at the Westmorland County Hopital at Kendal for a cataract operation because I insisted on having the operation at at my local hospital. I was told they had lost my records.

I am now waiting for them to contact me for a meeting with a doctor concerning my vertigo, which is geting worse.

The doctor told me he would see me in six months time.

I checked with the receptionist to see if I needed to make an appointment. I was told that they would contact me.

It is now over six months later and I am still waiting!
