"Not what you'd expect"

About: Shirley Oaks Hospital

Not keen on the communication in the outpatient reception. Kept waiting 30 mins, then after asking was told doctor would be at least an hour longer. Went to re book and only one slot between now and two months! The staff weren't even going to let me know of the very long delay. Second time I've been here and both times my appointment was more than 40 mins late.
