"Excellent Service Paediatric Accident and..."

I visited Wexham Park Hospital twice last week with two of my children, we were registered in at main A&E in an efficient manner and sent along to Paediatric A&E.

On both occasions the moment we walked through the doors in Paediatrics we were called straight through for an initial assessment. On the Monday the department was less busy and we were sent straight into a room where we were seen by two doctors for initial assessment. The doctors were thorough, and very caring toward my daughter. Blood tests were done as well as an Ultra sound all departments visit were efficient in spite of busyness at certain times.

We were again seen by three doctors for a final thorough examination and outcome on the problem. Great services by all doctors and nurses who worked In the department on this day.

Later in the week we were back and again dealt with in a brilliant way, this time the department was busier but everyone waiting seemed to be seen efficiently.

The nurses were caring and good at their job. My 4 year old had a pleasant experience despite having to have her head glued!

Thank you to all staff who made a mothers hectic week with accidents and sickness in her children that much easier.
