Reception staff were consistently terrible. All examples I've seen patients were polite and frustrated by unqualified judgements and unnecessary blockading. If saw locum they could not make a decision would have to rebook. Cant get appointments for consistent care and treatment. Often don't bother when I should due to symptoms of condition, because its to much of a battle to book one.
