"Great doctors, poor front-facing service"

I’ve been coming to this surgery for 19 years. Lately, with the exception of one articular person and one or two others, the treatment at reception has been appalling. Cold, dismissive, rude - almost as though I’m an inconvenience, not someone with an actual issue. I’ve asked several times to speak to the Practice Manager, who I’m told tried to call me. I have no record of a missed call or voicemail. I’m currently without medication, having been unable to book an appointment thanks to the Reception Manager’s aggressive and unsympathetic approach to ‘triaging’ patients. Really poor and disapponting. I will be changing GP following this experience.
